Introduction: The deviation between the stated intentions and actual actions of rural residents regarding waste classification constitutes a significant impediment to effective implementation environmental management strategies in areas. It is therefore recommended that steps be taken reduce behaviors residents. Doing so will help reinforce governance communities provide necessary support for revitalization. Methods: This study establishes an analytical framework examining internal perceived efficacy external policies among relationship intention behavior can classified into three distinct scenarios: “intention with behavior,” without “no behavior.” Furthermore, empirical analysis conducted using survey data collected by Nanjing Agricultural University China Land Economic Survey June July 2021. Result: results show 1) has positive influence on domestic classification, while policy negative effect it; 2) guiding moderating situation “with reward–punishment “without behavior;” 3) masking impact or behavior” partial mediating Discussion: In consideration these findings, proposes recommendations emphasize interconnectivity government, village collective organizations, include initiatives designed enhance residents’ awareness classification.

Green prevention and control technology (GPCT) represents an eco-friendly approach in agriculture, aimed at promoting sustainability by reducing farmers' excessive use of chemical pesticides. Despite the Chinese government having made a large effort to promote technology, utilization is still low China, especially when no financial incentives are provided farmers. This study took 642 farmer questionnaires Hua county, analyze effect information awareness on adoption GPCT. Our findings indicate that significant factor their decision adopt Furthermore, underlying mechanisms influence GPCT have been studied. Mechanism analysis shows affects mainly through social networks. Farmers' environmental values significantly reinforce positive adoption. In addition, regression results from sub-sample has more pronounced marginal for farmers with long years schooling larger wheat cultivation areas. These offer insights developing nations.

Introduction In the context of forest conservation, individuals’ attitude can significantly influence their intentions and subsequent behaviors towards conserving forests. However, there is a research gap when it comes to understanding determinants forests conservation. To address this gap, present study aimed investigate variables associated with values from value-belief-norm theory, awareness consequences, ascription responsibility norm activation model on attitudes as main determinant behavior intention. The decision-making process of Generation X members toward consumption creates important effects both personal health and environmental sustainability social programs economic stability. This research examines self-identity values predictors intentions with analysis attitude relevant intermediate factors that include standards well perceived control over behavior. researcher gathered data through convenience sampling from 480 Chinese participants. Statistical followed the pretest to perform assessments for reliability validity testing. Structural equation modeling (SEM) processed while validating confirmatory factor path Data demonstrates directly drive intentions. Tourism operators generate carbon emissions during their operations, and environmental responsibility behaviors, such as offsetting, significantly impact the ecological environment of tourist sites. Understanding operators’ willingness to engage in offsetting factors influencing this is crucial for achieving “dual carbon” goals promoting sustainable growth China’s tourism sector. This study collected 746 offline questionnaires from at rural sites across 100 counties districts Jiangxi Province. It empirically analyzed participate comparing various strength willingness, spatial differences, distinctions between all-for-one non-all-for-one counties, well suburban, outer remote Using value–belief–norm theory planned behavior, a structural equation model was developed comprehensively examine its mechanisms. The statistical analysis revealed that integrated effectively predicted offsetting. results showed that, except Hypothesis 6, all suggested correlations variables were significant. Value perception had positive effect on participants’ desire research provides theoretical practical implications local authorities regarding operators, advancing incentive development.

As expected, testing results supported positive two including electricity‐saving green mobility mode choices. Conversely, negatively affected although only effect choices statistically significant. findings also showed significant impacts have Our thus expand current adoption imply some practical recommendations practitioners constructing a culture.
