This
study
aims
to
investigate
the
impact
of
shared
auditors
and
same
signing
on
audit
quality
in
M&A
transactions.
Existing
research
suggests
that
transactions
are
considered
enhance
information
symmetry,
thereby
improving
transaction
quality.
However,
there
is
a
lack
systematic

M&A,
particularly
regarding
interaction
with
auditors.

ABSTRACT
Using
collaborative
governance
theory
and
stochastic
actor‐oriented
models
(SAOMs),
this
study
examines
the
co‐evolution
of
networks
participant
characteristics
in
1505
infrastructure
PPP
projects
involving
3225
participants
across
35
large
medium‐sized
Chinese
cities.
The
results
show
that
are
highly
structured
exhibit
small‐world
characteristics.
Furthermore,
evolving
landscape
China's
PPPs,
collaboration
network
has
shifted
into
three
patterns:
government‐SOEs
(State‐owned
enterprises)
driven,
SOEs‐consulting
SOEs
dominant.
In
addition,
reveal
evolution
is
promoted
by
transitive
triads,
similarity
organizational
size,
geographic
proximity,

it
hindered
outdegree,
similarities
