Evaluating the performance of irrigation schemes is crucial to identify key problems that impede scheme efficiencies and utilization available resources. Accordingly, objective this study was evaluate Dabasso Lamaffa small-scale scheme. The carried out during cropping season from November up March 2015 E.C. Primary secondary data were collected for implementing efficiency productivity To collect measure relevant at field level, three representative farmers’ fields selected head, middle, tail-end water users in Both internal external indicators considered evaluation conveyance efficiency, application storage distribution uniformity, deep percolation ratio. agricultural output, supply indicators, delivery capacity physical economic financial indicators. result reveals average conveyance, application, storage, ratio, uniformity 76.44%, 30.47%, 82.74%, 69.53%, 95.29%, respectively. overall 23.29%, showing poor, it caused mainly due problem field. output 2620.83 (US$/ha), 2501.71 0.94 (US$/m 3 ), 0.91 respectively, per unit irrigated area, command diverted, consumed. This a recommended production, these regards productive. such as relative (RIS) (RWS), 2.13 2.05, which shows there no deficiency supplied excess. However, low, 83%, needs improvement. ratio sustainability also good, will be continuation using future. Awareness creation farmers on management essential improve benefit
