As a shallot producer, Cibunut Village in Majalengka generates lot of skin. This village cultivates two varieties shallots: Bali Karet and Sumenep shallots, each with distinct physical characteristics. Shallot skin is mainly used as compost an additional ingredient chicken feed. Still, contains flavonoids known for their antiinflammatory properties. These compounds can help alleviate inflammation caused by bruises, burns, or internal organ issues. study aimed to utilize the primary herbal syrup, which has economic value health benefits. The research methodology involved extracting active from using water extraction. To resulting solution, sucrose, citric acid, carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) were added obtain syrup.
