Traditional asphalt rejuvenators, like aromatic oil (AO), are known to be effective in improving the low-temperature properties and fatigue performances of aged SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) modified (SBSMA) binders mixtures. However, these rejuvenators inevitably compromise their high-temperature deformation resistances because they dilute binder but do not fix damaged structures SBS. In this study, a highly-active chemical called polymerized 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (PMDI) was used assist traditional AO rejuvenator. The physical rheological characteristics rejuvenated SBSMA moisture-induced damage rut corresponding mixtures were comparatively evaluated. results showed that increasing proportion compromises property hardness binder, an appropriate amount PMDI works compensate such losses; 3% rejuvenator at mass ratio AO:PMDI = 70:30 can have with performance similar fresh approximately 71.4°C; use help reduce viscosity for its workability; improve resistance deformation, especially elevated temperatures, through reactions SBS; moisture induction enhance containing AO/PMDI or only PMDI; lead mixture meet application requirement, depth 2.973 mm, although more result higher deformation.

In salt lake areas, the cast-in-situ concrete structure has been corroded by combination of sulfate and chloride for a long time. The incorporation basalt fiber materials into helps to improve durability concrete. this paper, experiments were conducted study corrosion deterioration mechanisms fiber-reinforced under sulfate, chloride, combined attack. appearance, size, mass, flexural, compressive strength specimens investigated during immersion period determine changes in physical mechanical properties specimens. Moreover, microstructure mineral observed Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Thermogravimetric (TG)/ Derivative (DTG) analyses. Results show that premixed significant detrimental influence on development concrete, with powder spalling occurring surface specimen. Severe degradation occurs external internal attack, resulting lower flexural strength. decreased 15.4% 24.8%, respectively, compared control group at 28 days. beneficial When content is 0.5%, specimen increased 16.2%. filling bridging effect alleviates negative effects caused corrosion. addition, increasing enhancing its effectiveness when less than 0.5%. This paper provides valuable reference application condition sulfate–chloride compound
