Introduction: Antioxidants reduce the harmful effects of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in sperm. Additionally, nanoliposomes can be used as an efficient new drug delivery system that mitigates adverse drugs. This study aimed to investigate use for delivering drugs such resveratrol, catalase, resveratrol-catalase, and testosterone normozoospermic samples minimize side ROS. Methods: took place at Yazd Reproductive Sciences Institute Iran from October 2018 December 2019. It involved 450 divided into three groups. Each 15 sperm collected men was 10 parts analyzed groups: free drugs, nanoliposomes, a control group. The parameters, PRM2 (Protamine 2) HSP70 (heat shock proteins) expression, well acrosome reaction DNA fragmentation before after freezing. Results: Nanoliposomes improved motility viability freezing (P<0.05). Free resveratrol-catalase reduced expression were lower blank nanoliposome groups (P<0.0001). After freezing, nanocarriers Resveratrol testosterone-loaded increased (P<0.01). caused less damage (P>0.05). catalase Conclusion: decrease ROS production or their effects. during they improve damage.
