Methods: A total 381 Psychopedagogical Evaluation Reports from aged 3 5 years were reviewed. importance variable was identified using artificial neural network analysis. Classification trees used determine distribution two modalities. Objective: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) involves challenges in social communication and repetitive behaviors. Emerging evidence suggests a link between vitamin D3, vital for brain function, ASD, though research on salivary D3 as biomarker ASD is limited. Aim:To compare levels patients neurotypical individuals. Materials Methods: This case-control study collected unstimulated saliva samples from controls. Vitamin were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), with paired t-tests group comparisons Results: had significantly lower than controls (p = 0.001), ranges of 28.9–48.4 ng/mL versus 45.2–60.9 Conclusion:ASD showed suggesting potential association deficiency. Further could explore the role assess benefits monitoring supplementation.
