Simple and reliable electrochemical sensors are highly demanded in medicine pharmacy for the fast determination of metabolites biomarkers diseases. In this work, a flow-through biosensor system was developed on base screen-printed carbon electrode modified with pillar[3]arene[2]quinone ferrocene implemented black. The modification performed single step resulted formation stable layer good operation characteristics. Uricase immobilized inner walls replaceable reactor by carbodiimide binding. A cell manufactured 3D printing from poly(lactic acid). first optimized hydrogen peroxide assay then used 1 nM–0.1 mM uric acid (limit detection 0.3 nM, 20 measurements per hour). Implementation synergetic increase cathodic current H2O2 reduction measured flow switching chronoamperometric mode. tested artificial urine Ringer–Locke solution showed recovery rate 96–112%. addition, possibility commercial disinfectants shown. Easy assembly, signal low consumption reagents make attractive routine clinical analysis metabolites.

Comprehensive Summary The cyanide anion (CN – ) is known to be one of the most toxic anions. Therefore, there an urgent need develop a reliable, sensitive, selective, rapid and effective method for detection CN . Here, self‐assembly strategy based on pillar[5]arene P5 azine derivative AZ was used construct supramolecular sensors, it found that effect significantly improved by assembly strategy. sensitivity assembled sensor P5‐AZ more than 10 times higher detect mechanism further investigated theoretical calculations 1 H NMR. results showed detects deprotonation process with fluorescence enhancement, while improves recognition through hydrogen bonding, anion‐π anion‐dipole interactions, as well strong bonding ability assembly. Supramolecular has advantages low toxicity, high sensitivity, importantly, provides in aqueous phase organisms host‐guest
