This study investigates the physicochemical, optical, and electrical characterization of laser-induced graphene (LIG) samples for integration as counter electrodes in cesium lead halide perovskite solar cells. The impact laser processing parameters on electrode performance is explored, including power, speed, beam defocus. Density functional theory (DFT) computational modeling employed atomistic investigation work function estimation, demonstrating density states (DOS), quantum capacitance sheets, energy function. NiO utilized a hole transport layer, LIG tuned accordingly. SEM measurements estimate thin film porosity, optical testing assesses back reflection capabilities terms backward scattering. surface resistance various tested using scanning four-probe station concerning FTO-coated glass. A figure merit introduced to evaluate scattering due porous medium. macroscopic trade-off between electrode's role reflector losses addressed. Ultimately, full cell was constructed, incorporating electrode, achieving an overall efficiency 12.52%.
