Abstract Dielectric capacitors typically require high electric fields to achieve excellent energy storage density, which limits the integration, miniaturization, and lifespan of devices. Therefore, it is essential obtain good properties at a lower field. In this study, (Ag 0.94 La 0.02 )(Nb 0.85 Ta 0.15 )O 3 (ALNT)‐modified (Bi 0.5 Na )TiO ‐based ceramics with improved characteristics were designed prepared. The introduction ALNT conducive optimizing polarization, adjusting phase composition, disrupting long‐range ferroelectric ordering, enhancing dielectric relaxation behavior, leading an increase in polarization difference. Accordingly, superior recoverable density 3.07 J/cm efficiency 82.7% are synchronously realized under field 150 kV/cm 5 mol% system. addition, corresponding sample exhibits wide thermal (40–100°C) frequency (10–100 Hz) stability charge–discharge properties. This study provides new candidate material for advanced that can be applied fields.
