Student satisfaction, particularly in the context of remote learning, has been extensively investigated, especially since COVID-19 outbreak. However, previous studies have either overlooked or loosely examined interplay between e-learning students' propensity towards online study, and their dropout intentions when learning is discontinued. To fill this literature gap, current study scrutinizes antecedents satisfaction explores its direct indirect consequences. establish a sound research model, we employed Push-Pull-Mooring Stimulus-Organism-Response theoretical frameworks. empirically validate conducted survey-based explanatory-predictive investigation with 953 university students Romania involved onsite education. Based on partial least squares structural equation modeling, our findings revealed that positively influenced by perceived usefulness, ease use, health safety, task-tech fit, negatively impacted social professional isolation. none convenience, wellbeing adversity, technostress, privacy-related risks significantly influence student study. Furthermore, unsociability, norms affect intention. This work introduces an innovative approach elucidates role predicting intention provides managerial implications for higher education institutions.

Abstract The surging prevalence of independent work is giving rise to concerns about professional isolation. However, the research regarding purposeful inclusion workers who feel isolated not applicable for workers, whom disconnection inherent in their roles.
