ABSTRACT Background Domestic Violence and Abuse (DVA) is a significant global problem that warrants robust, multi‐sectoral response. The Covid‐19 pandemic highlighted informal social networks play critical role in responding to victim‐survivors, alongside formal agencies specialist services.
