In this research, various concentrations of manganese dioxide (MnO2) is composed by polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) to forming PVA /MnO2 films. The XRD and SEM are respectively demonstrated the structure morphological characteristics results show that PVA/MnO2 films fabricated successfully. demonstrate MnO2 dispersed evenly along polymeric chains. conductivity, impedance energy density were measured via an LCR bridge with frequency 102 106 Hz. There increase in dielectric from 64 for 95 PVA/0.06MnO2 at 105 Hz, also conductivity increases 3.61x10-3 S/cm 5.33x10-3 PVA/0.06MnO2. optical recorded UV/Vis spectroscopy. band gap reduced 5.01 eV 4.85, 4.71, 4.59 PVA/0.02MnO2, PVA/0.04MnO2, And Urbach tail modified 1.72 3.12, 3.453, 3.66 respectively. present work open possibility applied different devices as storage systems optoelectronics.

The solution casting technique is utilized to fabricate blank and CuO-doped polyvinyl alcohol/chitosan (PVA/CS) blends for eco-friendly applications. structure surface morphologies of prepared samples were explored by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrophotometry scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. FT-IR analysis reveals the incorporation CuO particles within PVA/CS structure. SEM exposes well-dispersion in host medium. linear/nonlinear optical characteristics found on basis UV-visible-NIR measurements. transmittance decreases upon increasing 20.0 wt%. bandgap (Eg dir./Eg ind.) from 5.38/4.67 eV (blank PVA/CS) 3.72/3.12 (20.0 wt% CuO-PVA/CS). An obvious improvement constants blend achieved doping. Wemple-DiDomenico (WDD) Sellmeier oscillator models examine role dispersion behavior blend. shows clear enrichment parameters host. novel findings current study nominate films applications devices.

Abstract Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were synthesized via laser ablation technique. PEO/CMC-AuNPs nanocomposites prepared using the casting method. Water was chosen as a solvent because it considered an eco-friendly compared to other organic solvents. SEM micrographs reveal uniformly distributed AuNPs on sample surface. 3D images used estimate roughness parameters. The $${\varepsilon }^{{\prime}}$$ ε and }^{{\prime\prime} }$$ values decrease at high frequencies due short time allotted for dipole aligning. behavior of tan $$\delta$$ δ attributed more dipoles that cannot follow oscillating electric field. M′ approach zero low insignificant effect electrode polarization. presence semicircles below real axis implies dispersion in relaxation time, indicating dielectric process follows non-Debye model. two regions' curves imply samples contain electrical conduction mechanism hopping type. conductivity increased with increase transition probability electrons. From obtained results, can be superior others different biological applications.
