A straightforward chemical polymerization process was used to create the polyaniline/LiClO4/CuO nanoparticle (PLC) nanocomposite, which then exposed varying doses of electron beam (EB) radiation and studied. The FESEM, XRD, FTIR, DSC, TG/DTA, electrochemical measurements with higher EB showed clear changes. FTIR spectra PLC nanocomposite variations in C-N carbonyl groups at 1341 cm−1 1621 cm−1, respectively. After a 120 kGy dose, shape changed from smooth, uneven surface well-connected, nanofiber-like structure, creating pathways for electricity flow through polymer matrix. irradiation improved thermal stability by decreasing melting temperature, XRD DSC studies reveal that decrease crystallinity is attributed dominant chain scission mechanism. enhanced absorption red shift wavelength (from 374 nm 400 nm) observed UV-Visible spectroscopy were caused electrons transitioning lower energy state, progressive drop band gaps (Eg) 2.15 1.77 eV following irradiation. dielectric parameters increased temperature because dissociation ion aggregates emergence defects and/or disorders gaps.
