Hydroxyapatite nanoparticles (HANPs) are becoming increasingly crucial in dental implant applications as they highly compatible with biological systems, actively support processes, and closely resemble bone minerals. This review covers the latest progress how HANPs made, studied, used dentistry. It looks at critical methods for creating HANPs, such sol-gel, microwave hydrothermal synthesis, biomimetic approaches, affect particles' size, structure, activity. The green synthesis method illustrated a new door to synthesize HAp maintaining biocompatibilityand increasing antibacterial properties. also explores improve integration of implants bone, growth, help treat sensitive teeth based on various laboratory clinical studies. usage dentin enamel shows higher potentiality through FTIR, XPS, XRD, EDS, etc., mechanical stability balance compared natural teeth. Additionally, use products like toothpaste mouthwash is discussed, highlighting its potential rebuild tooth fight bacteria. There some challenges long-term against oral bacteria, but doping inorganic materials, Zn, has already solved this periodontal problem. Much more research still essential estimate fabrication variation patient problems characteristics. Still, it favorable outcomes regarding bioactive nature antimicrobial Due their compatibility tissues ability hold great promise advancing materials technology, potentially leading better care outcomes.
