Abstract In this research, the magnetic solid acid nanocatalyst based on ferrierite has been prepared and used as catalyst for green synthesis of some [1,3]-oxazine derivatives in water at room temperature. The synthesized compounds were obtained high to excellent yields after short reaction times structure products investigated by spectroscopic methods such as: FT-IR, 1 H NMR 13 C NMR. was characterized using XRD, FE-SEM, EDX, elemental mapping, TGA VSM analysis methods. Magnetic easy separation ability, which leads better easier recycling. preparation carried out temperature presence M-FER/TEPA/SO 3 H. Easy workup, solvent (water) also with yield products, are advantageous presented method. Docking calculations proved their medicinal properties against breast cancer cells.
