Abstract The study contributes to the advancement of theory and practice sustainable entrepreneurship (SE) by enabling a deeper understanding emerging construct, sustainability‐oriented entrepreneurial intentions (SEI) which is precursor SE. A unique, comprehensive model depicting role individual‐level antecedents SEI developed from an exhaustive literature review, it then validated using survey responses youth in India. Of seven constructs identified literature, four constructs, namely Altruism, Environmental Values, Intrinsic Rewards, Attitude Towards Sustainability (one Theory Planned Behavior [TPB]), were found have strongest relationship with SEI, while others (Extrinsic General Self‐Efficacy, Job Security, (TPB) Perceived Entrepreneurial Desirability, Feasibility) reported as statistically significant. Background Since its outbreak, the COVID-19 pandemic has taken a heavy toll on public, particularly among healthcare workers, causing excessive mortality and health problems. The present study seeks to determine anxiety caused by impact nurses' self-efficacy as well their general in Shahroud University of Medical Sciences affiliated hospitals. Methods Materials This is cross-sectional conducted 2023. Our sample consists 133 nurses working hospitals with Sciences. A questionnaire was used measure Covid-19 health. collected data were then analyzed using Chi-square tests, Pearson's correlation coefficient, logistic regression at 5 percent significance level. Results In this study, 106 (79.7%) female. mean score 12.0±7.7 while 47.4±12.3 20.6±8.0, respectively.
