Given the ubiquity of artificial intelligence (AI), it is essential to empower students become creators, designers, and producers AI technologies, rather than limiting them role informed consumers. To achieve this, learners need be equipped with knowledge concepts develop literacy. Paradoxically, largely unclear what literacy how we should learn teach it. We address both these questions through a systematic review reviews, also known as an umbrella review, gain comprehensive understanding After searching literature, critically examine results 17 reviews focusing on teaching learning concepts. Our analysis revealed several encouraging developments: general consensus definition literacy, availability tools materials that support without prior programming experience, effective pedagogical approaches have shown positive effects students' engagement. In addition, identified areas needing attention in field: interdisciplinary approach, integration ethical considerations education, discussions policy, standardized, content-validated, reliable assessments across educational levels cultures.
