Objective To identify the criminal characteristics and mental functioning of alleged femicides evaluated in a forensic psychiatry service. Methods An observational, descriptive, retrospective study was carried out, which 18 psychiatric-legal files people accused femicide, between 2021 2023, were analyzed. Mental classified into 3 symptomatic dimensions (internalization, externalization, psychosis). Descriptive statistics used. Results A total psychiatric records located. Externalization most frequent dimension (77.8%), those had pattern behavior envy, resentment, aggression, antisocial behavior, poor self-regulation. history substance use high schooling more frequent. Conclusions The subjects adjust to externalizing it is phenomenon that must be analyzed from multifactorial perspective, includes cultural, gender individual aspects.

Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) can be extremely traumatic, and their impact on health throughout the life course has been a public policy issue all around world. Oral conditions significantly influence quality of life, but its relationship with ACEs among children adolescents is not well defined. This systematic review investigated association between oral outcomes in adolescents. The search was conducted across six databases gray literature, no restrictions. It included studies evaluating (oral condition, utilization dental services, hygiene habits, or related to life) individuals aged 0 19. Data were extracted methodological assessed. Meta-analysis used for quantitative synthesis, Grading Recommendations Assessment, Development Evaluation approach assessed evidence certainty. From 12 studies, 11 had cross-sectional design, 1 cohort study. Seventeen types investigated, including neglect; violence parents caregivers; alcohol substance abuse; peer, community, collective violence. compliance ranged 38% 100%. meta-analysis revealed associations lower use toothache, gingival bleeding, cavities. Cumulative exposure more than three associated poorer health. certainty varied from low very low. These results highlight that are likely present higher problems, decreased services.
