Abstract Unidirectional arrayed chopped strands (UACS) are made by introducing regularly distributed slits into continuous fiber prepregs, which show better flowability and formability while maintaining high strength modulus. In this research, the quasi‐static compression three‐point bending tests were carried out on quasi‐isotropic laminates UACS laminates. The results illustrate that compressive modulus of 53.38 GPa 489.58 MPa, respectively, maintain relatively mechanical properties. decreased 7.3%, but its remained stable.
