1,2,4-Oxadiazole derivatives containing anisic acid or cinnamic were designed and synthesized, which expected to be an effective Succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) inhibitor, their structures characterized by 1H NMR, 13C ESI-MS. The antifungal activity of the compounds against plant pathogenic fungi was screened mycelial growth inhibition test in vitro. Compounds 4f 4q showed significant activities Rhizoctonia solani (R. solani), Fusarium graminearum (F. graminearum), Exserohilum turcicum (E. turcicum), Botrytis cinerea (B. cinerea), Colletotrichum capsica (C. capsica). EC50 values 38.88 μg/mL, 149.26 228.99 41.67 μg/mL R. solani, F. graminearum, E. turcicum, C. capsica, respectively, 12.68 29.97 29.14 8.81 respectively. Compound better than commercial carbendazim turcicum. effect on capsicum vivo. Molecular docking simulation that interacted with target protein through hydrogen bond hydrophobic interaction, can form bonds TRP173 ILE27 SDH, had TYR58, TRP173, SER39. This also explains possible mechanism action between inhibitor protein.
