Recently, fog computing has been introduced as a modern distributed paradigm and complement to cloud provide services. The system extends storing the edge of network, which can remarkably solve problem service in delay-sensitive applications besides enabling location awareness mobility support. Load balancing is an important aspect networks that avoids situation with some under-loaded or overloaded nodes. Quality parameters such resource utilization, throughput, cost, response time, performance, energy consumption be improved by load balancing. In recent years, research algorithms carried out, but there no systematic study consolidate these works. This article investigates load-balancing systematically four classifications, including approximate, exact, fundamental, hybrid algorithms. Also, this metrics all advantages disadvantages related chosen networks. evaluation techniques tools applied for each reviewed are explored well. Additionally, essential open challenges future trends discussed.

Abstract Big data involves processing vast amounts of using advanced techniques. Its potential is harnessed for predictive analytics, a sophisticated branch that anticipates unknown future events by discerning patterns observed in historical data. Various techniques obtained from modeling, mining, statistics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning are employed to analyze available history extract discriminative predictors. This study aims the main research approaches on Data Predictive Analytics (BDPA) based very up-to-date published articles 2014 2023. In this article, we fully concentrate analytics big mining techniques, where perform Systematic Literature Review (SLR) reviewing 109 articles. Based application content current studies, introduce taxonomy including seven major categories industrial, e-commerce, smart healthcare, agriculture, city, Information Communications Technologies (ICT), weather. The benefits weaknesses each approach, potentially important changes, open issues, addition paths, discussed. compiled SLR not only extends BDPA’s strengths, works but also detects need optimizing insufficient metrics applications, such as timeliness, accuracy, scalability, which would enable organizations apply shift retrospective prospective if fulfilled.
