Customer loyalty has become a real concern in the Islamic finance industry, instigating comprehensive review of studies on this topic. Thus, study presents systematic literature customer context industry. Consequently, 40 research articles were reviewed and several factors influencing identified. The results show that variables such responsibility (CSR), service quality, credibility, satisfaction, religiosity, financial spiritual advantages, image, trust, close relationships directly indirectly influence Additionally, social exchange theory is widely used area research. data trends also field intensified over time with requisite for future dimensions.
