Extracellular vesicles (EVs), as cell-derived small vesicles, facilitate intercellular communication within the tumor microenvironment (TME) by transporting biomolecules. EVs from different sources have varied contents, demonstrating differentiated functions that can either promote or inhibit cancer progression. Thus, regulating formation, secretion, and intake of becomes a new strategy for intervention. Advancements in EV isolation techniques spurred interest EV-based therapies, particularly immunotherapy. This review explores multifaceted various immunotherapy, highlighting their potential vaccines adoptive cell therapy. Furthermore, we explore nanoparticle delivery systems Finally, discuss current state clinical settings future directions, aiming to provide crucial information advance development application treatment.

Abstract Damage to the peripheral nerve impairs quality of life. Despite advances in surgery facilitate regeneration, complete recovery remains elusive. Human olfactory ecto-mesenchymal stem cells (OEMSC) have potential for treatment injury through release extracellular vesicles (EV). The current research investigates therapeutic effects a venous bridge, filled with freshly purified or cryoconserved OEMSC-derived EVs after peroneal loss substance. Injured was bridged vein into which were injected not. Nerve repair analyzed by measuring locomotor function, muscle mechanical properties, mass, axon number, and myelination. significantly increased recovery, maintained contractile phenotype target muscle, augmented number growing axons. These results demonstrate that display positive effect on representing an alternative cellular therapies repair.

Hyperhidrosis is a pathologic condition characterized by abnormal sweating that greater than normally needed for proper thermoregulation. Surgical therapy remains the only effective treatment definitive cure of idiopathic focal hyperhidrosis, although some controversies still exist regarding best operation. The most significant side effect hyperhidrosis surgery compensatory hyperhidrosis. Although severe less frequent form, it results in detrimental on quality life, and restoration pre-surgical advocated affected patients. Sympathetic chain reconstruction represents surgical option managing after failed sympathetic surgery, without results. In this review, we focus experimental clinical data use compensated sympathectomy Regenerative medicine, particularly tissue engineering stem cell technology, offers new therapeutic strategies reconstruction. These may improve or resolve promoting nerve regeneration. However, there are number problems with current research, including inconsistency outcomes, lack long-term follow-up data, insufficient in-depth understanding regenerative medicine techniques. Nonetheless, progress has been made studies. For example, regeneration demonstrated animal models, different methods reconstruction, autologous grafts conduits, have shown studies provide preliminary evidence significance conclusion, development hope patients primary even though treatments not yet achieved desired With further technological technology expected to be means treating thus significantly improving life
