The term “brain rot” has gained prominence recently, particularly in 2024, when it was named Oxford’s Word of the Year. This study aims to reveal causes brain decay, problem people face today method research is systematic compilation (meta-synthesis). Within scope research, a scan internationally valid clinical and published studies on "brain decay" conducted. are limited due relatively new as subject. were evaluated, their results synthesized combined.
