Abstract The discovery and integration of Civics Politics elements in college teaching has become an important way to implement core literacy, more importantly, it highlights the importance value process educating people with moral values. This paper utilizes Delphi method collect experts’ opinions revise indicators Civic Political Elements explored physical education curriculum then hierarchical analysis calculate weights check consistency. Subsequently, based on objectives, civic political are effectively configured courses, optimized mode courses using big data is established. results study showed that students had significant differences (P<0.05) from traditional group 2 fitness 800m/1000m running lung capacity.
