Abstract The investigated parametrically coupled electromechanical structure is composed of a mechanical Duffing oscillator whose mass sits on moving belt surface. driving electrical network van der Pol aim to actuate the attached DC motor provide some rotatry unbalances and parametric coupling in vibrating structure. applied energy harvesting overcomes limitation low generation associated with single this kind. system was solved analytically validated by numerical methods. global dynamics were investigated, nonlinear phenomena such as Neimark–Sacker bifurcation, discontinuity-induced grazing–sliding, bifurcation multiple tori identified. These behaviors affect harvested at points, resulting jumps from one level another. In addition harnessing highest under hard coupling, ensures that higher more useful over wider range speeds. Finally, qualitative validation concept experimental setup verifies workings model.
