ABSTRACT This study aims to provide comprehensive guidelines for effective and sustainable system‐wide transformation in innovation policies by considering emerging challenges trends. For survival growth advanced technological environment fast‐changing market environment, changes are integral organizational structure. Our suggested framework explores the key facing contemporary systems; these experimentation, demand assessment, directionality, coordination learning. also considers generic features of systems like actor's capabilities interest, network proper institutional set‐up. These three can translate articulation, learning quantifiable make them policy analysis oriented. proposed advocates that organization should consider actor, institution‐focused models. Otherwise, transformational change will be overly abstract, a non‐actionable agenda, unable complete picture at operational level.

Abstract The fifth edition of “Theories the Policy Process” represents a further step in consolidating these theories. However, four them—Advocacy Coalition Framework, Multiple Streams Narrative and Punctuated Equilibrium Theory—exhibit few limitations light characteristics implementation policy instruments due to their founding principles, central role pluralism will abandon original normativism sciences. Thus, theories seem be framed capture politics policy‐making dynamic way rather than understand how policies are able deliver results society. Este estudo teve como objetivo investigar intervenções para promoção da saúde mental em contextos de e identificar as políticas adotadas promover proteger a trabalhadores no Brasil Portugal. Conduziu-se uma revisão integrativa novembro dezembro 2022. As bases dados utilizadas coleta informações foram MEDLINE, LILACS, IBECS sites institucionais brasileiros portugueses. Dos 33 documentos analisados, 9 informaram sobre intervenções, incluindo ações institucionais, mindfulness, suporte individual, atividades relaxamento, grupo, abordagens farmacológicas envio mensagens, com durações variando um dezoito meses. Os desfechos mais avaliados burnout (n=4, 44,4%) depressão (n=3, 33,3%), ambos apresentando reduções significativas. 24 contribuíram políticas, programas, guias, legislações outras estratégias do (n=13, 54,2%) Portugal (n=11, 45,8%) nas áreas ocupacional mental. Intervenções ambiente trabalho são estratégia eficaz melhorar o laboral, dos reduzir negativos. produziram diversas mas setor ainda necessita iniciativas focadas na prevenção problemas mental, especialmente articuladas legislação desses países.

Since the call to take analytical and theoretical values of historical institutionalism seriously, planning history research has emphasized enduring legacies critical moments that structure developmental pathways urban institutions, whose changes tend appear incremental in long run. Yet, most this work is less conscious about deliberate – although not always successful considerations by policy actors formulating policies conflates institutional arrangements with effects. This article fills these gaps from a design perspective, explaining changing effects same over time through processes such as layering.
