Plants are important natural resources used for many purposes. They especially stand out with their medical potential. In this study, the extract conditions showing highest biological activity were optimized using artificial intelligence application of Salvia cilicica Boiss. Then, activities determined. Response Surface Method was optimization. Using Box-Behnken experimental design, antioxidant capacities extracts evaluated through Rel Assay TAS and TOS kits, as well DPPH FRAP methods. Anticholinesterase assessed by measuring acetyl- butyrylcholinesterase enzyme activities. Total phenolic content quantified Folin-Ciocalteu reagent, while total flavonoid analyzed via aluminum chloride assay. The antiproliferative potential examined against A549 lung cancer cell line, compounds identified an LC-MS/MS system. Optimization results indicated that ideal extraction parameters 45.890 °C, 7.730 h, a 96.431 ethanol-to-water ratio. obtained under these exhibited value 7.461 ± 0.065 mmol/L, 5.630 0.163 µmol/L, OSI 0.075 0.002. contents measured 97.681 1.076 mg/g 113.067 0.621 mg/g, respectively. reached 70.669 0.199 determined 53.208 0.427 mg/g. Furthermore, anti-AChE anti-BChE recorded at 12.93 0.72 µg/mL 25.87 1.44 µg/mL, demonstrated notable cytotoxicity line. Additionally, 10 distinct in plant. These findings highlight significant S. optimal conditions, suggesting its valuable resource pharmacological applications.
