A new complex of copper(II) with methyl-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyrazol-3-yl-ketazine (H2L) was synthesized the composition [Cu2L2]∙C2H5OH (1). Recrystallization sample from DMSO yielded a single crystal [Cu2L2((CH3)2SO)] (2). The coordination compounds were studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy, and static magnetic susceptibility method. data obtained indicate that polydentate ligand is coordinated both acyclic nitrogen heterocyclic atoms. cytotoxic activity 1 investigated on human cell lines MCF7 (breast adenocarcinoma), Hep2 (laryngeal carcinoma), A549 (lung HepG2 (hepatocellular MRC5 (non-tumor lung fibroblasts). shown to have pronounced dose-dependent cytotoxicity towards these LC50 values in range 0.18–4.03 μM.

A convenient approach to substituted pyrazoles and pyridazinones based on 1,2,4-triketones is presented. Abstract A wide range of α-aryl-α-diazophosphonates were easily prepared via modified diazo transfer reaction. Benzylphoshonates reacted with tosyl azide (TsN3) in the presence potassium tert-butoxide (KOtBu) to afford diazophosphonates yields up 93% (generally 70–80%). Aryldiazophosponates successfully explored for synthesis 5-aryl-substituted pyrazol-3-carboxylates one pot by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition alkyl acrylates followed NaH treatment. The second stage led elimination diethoxylphosphoryl moiety aromatization cycle.
