Traditional
topic
models
are
effective
at
uncovering
patterns
within
large
text
corpora
but
often
struggle
with
capturing
the
contextual
nuances
necessary
for
meaningful
interpretation.
As
a
result,
these
may
produce
incoherent
topics,
making
it
challenging
to
achieve
consistency
and
clarity
in
interpretation—limitations
that
hinder
their
utility
real-world
applications
requiring
reliable
insights.
To
overcome
challenges,
we
introduce
novel
post-extracted
refinement
approach
uses
Z-score
centroid-based
misaligned
word
detection
hybrid
semantic–contextual
replacement
WordNet
GPT
replace
words
topics.
Evaluations
across
multiple
datasets
reveal
our
significantly
enhances
coherence,
providing
robust
solution
more
interpretable
semantically
coherent

Traditional

Abstract
Piano
accompaniment
in
music
teaching
is
not
only
a
music-performing
art
but
also
has
its
unique
value
as
tool.
The
research
adopts
the
LDA
model
for
theme
modeling,
combines
theoretical
foundation
of
model,
uses
Python
practice,
constructs
discovery
and
evolution
analysis
based
on
designs
process
piano
to
carry
out
theme.

paper,
