Abstract Piano accompaniment in music teaching is not only a music-performing art but also has its unique value as tool. The research adopts the LDA model for theme modeling, combines theoretical foundation of model, uses Python practice, constructs discovery and evolution analysis based on designs process piano to carry out theme. In this paper, post-discrete method used identify hot themes research. By analyzing trend different time slices, it found that overall shows more obvious dynamics, which “improvisation accompaniment” been maintained at higher probability, average intensity text rate change between 70% 90%. Finally, texts were divided into four periods, with evolutionary relationships identified by calculating JS distance setting threshold. Then, changes keywords periods analyzed explore teaching.

Traditional topic models are effective at uncovering patterns within large text corpora but often struggle with capturing the contextual nuances necessary for meaningful interpretation. As a result, these may produce incoherent topics, making it challenging to achieve consistency and clarity in interpretation—limitations that hinder their utility real-world applications requiring reliable insights. Abstract Traditional art has a deep cultural heritage and rich connotation, combining artificial intelligence technology with traditional aesthetics as way to realize the innovation of painting education mode. In this paper, starting from performance painting’s aesthetic value, personalized intelligent teaching mode is constructed based on visual method combined intelligence. The CCME-GAN model introduced for construction learning generation model, BERT-LDA established by BERT LDA evaluation works. Xinjiang folk artworks were selected research data source carry out validation work assessment, comparison experiments designed analyze effect subjective score paintings generated was 9.11, among nine clustering results eigenvalues theme Cluster 1 range between [0,5.5]. At end experiment, students’ creativity scores increased 2.74±0.37 before experiment 4.63±0.26. Relying can enhance methods improve levels.

Abstract Historical and cultural films TV movies focus on recording presenting historical events, characters, traditions other contents through audiovisual means, explore the connotations values behind them in depth. On this basis, online comments are mined from platform. Preprocessing is carried out R language, keywords screened, theme symbols such poems, dresses, etiquette so obtained after generalization. Then, LDA model used to analyze direction emotions towards television. According results theme, word speculation shows that what looks good attracts audience lies history characters televisions. speculative value falls between 0.035 0.034.
