O sistema centralizado dificulta o acesso a suas informações confidenciais, prejudicando controle sobre seus próprios registros de saúde. Femtocell (FC) dense exploitation imposes a novel challenge for the resource allotment in 2-tier network, like: (1) dynamic resources among 2 tiers by considering off-load traffic from macrocell (MC), (2) permitting access to users when ensuring QoS FC subscribers, and (3) suitable power setting, which discovers cooperation overall bandwidth allotted FCs system performances. This research work examines problems existing on cross-tier interfering as well allocation alleviation “full-duplex (FD) Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) oriented Heterogeneous Networks (HetNets), involves with underlying femtocells”. Here, three primary contributions are concerned: single objective issue together allocation, price & subcarrier of MC-FC networks.
