Personalized sports training plans are essential for addressing individual athlete needs, but traditional methods often need to integrate diverse data types, limiting adaptability and effectiveness. Existing machine learning (ML) rule-based approaches cannot dynamically generate context-specific programs, reducing their applicability in real-world scenarios. This study aims develop a Generative Adversarial Network (GAN)- based framework create by integrating numeric attributes (e.g., age, heart rate) motion features from video data. The research focuses on improving efficiency real-time while the limitations of methods. proposed GAN combines using generator-discriminator architecture produce tailored plans. model is evaluated quantitatively through metrics like mean square error (MSE) generation time qualitatively subjective ratings athletes coaches five-point Likert scale context-specific, scientificity, applicability, feasibility. Statistical significance analyzed ANOVA testing. outperforms ML methods, achieving 22% reduction MSE 45% improvement time. Subjective evaluations reveal significant improvements with averaging 4.8/5 compared 3.9/5 baseline models. effectively integrates multimodal data, demonstrating dynamic high suitable applications. GAN-based advances personalized superior efficiency. These results highlight model’s potential practical deployment athletic coaching systems, critical gaps existing methodologies offering scalable solutions individualized training.
