Purpose This paper investigates the moderated mediation roles of dynamic capabilities and self-initiated AI learning between job crafting entrepreneurial innovativeness among owner-managers family craft businesses in Ghana. Design/methodology/approach A convenience sampling technique was used selection 498 business The deployed regression analysis to examine hypothesized paths. Findings Using hierarchical regression, found have a positive effect on entrepreneurs’ innovativeness. Further, moderate mediated link Research limitations/implications current study assesses for work adjustment from cross-sectional design perspective. Though, this research is effective assessment opinions attitudes persons, it limited its capacity reflect changing overtime. recommends future studies conduct longitudinal survey phenomenon.
