Purpose
This
study
aims
to
investigate
the
impact
of
corporate
social
responsibility
(CSR)
on
brand
community
commitment.
It
also
explore
moderating
effect
greenwashing
relationship
between
this
commitment
and
loyalty,
image
authenticity,
in
cooperative
banking
sector.
Design/methodology/approach
The
survey
was

agricultural
cooperatives
