Soil moisture is a key parameter for the circulation of water and energy exchange between surface atmosphere, playing an important role in hydrology, agriculture, meteorology. Traditional methods monitoring soil suffer from spatial discontinuity, time-consuming processes, high costs. Remote sensing technology enables non-destructive efficient retrieval land information, allowing rapid to schedule crop irrigation evaluate efficiency. Satellite data with different resolutions provide observation scales. Evaluating accuracy estimating based on open free satellite data, as well exploring comprehensiveness adaptability satellites temporal observations, are research contents current monitoring. The study utilized three types namely GF-1, Landsat-8, GF-4, respective 16 m (every 4 days), 30 50 (daily). gray relational analysis (GRA) was employed identify vegetation indices that selected sensitivity at varying depths (3 cm, 10 20 cm). Then, this random forest (RF), Extra Tree (ETr), linear regression (LR) algorithms estimate optical sources. results showed estimation growth stages. model exhibited upward trend during middle late stages, coinciding higher coverage; however, it demonstrated decline early stages due either absence or limited presence vegetation. Among images, derived GF-1 were more sensitive characteristics superior (with R2 ranging 0.129–0.928, RMSE 0.017–0.078), followed by Landsat-8 0.117–0.862, 0.017–0.088). GF-4 worst 0.070–0.921, 0.020–0.140). Thus, suitable vegetated areas. In addition, ETr outperformed other models both stability (ETr model: 0.117 0.928, 0.021 0.091; RF 0.225 0.926, 0.019 0.085; LR 0.048 0.733, 0.030 0.144). Utilizing recommended construct assessing variations farming northern China. Therefore, cases where there ground sample advisable utilize high-spatiotemporal-resolution remote along machine learning such RF, which small samples, estimation.

In this study, we conducted a comparative analysis of CR's dispensing granule decoction (DGD) and traditional (TD) to establish comprehensive evaluation method for the quality DGD. We selected nine batches DGD (three from each manufacturers A, B C) 10 pieces analysis. determined content representative components using high-performance liquid chromatography assessed blood in vivo post-administration ultra-performance chromatography-mass spectrometry. The antibacterial activity was measured drug-sensitive tablet method. To evaluate overall consistency TD, employed CRITIC Grey relational Our results indicated no difference between scores DGD-B with exhibiting highest quality. However, DGD-A DGD-C showed variations compared TD. Abstract Groundwater underpins water supply for most of the world's regions, yet its sustainable utilization has been markedly compromised by inappropriate exploitation and a multitude pollution sources. Water quality evaluation emerged as an essential strategy to guarantee optimized vigilant conservation resources. In this study, principal component analysis (PCA), entropy weight method (EWM), coefficient variation (CVM), Quality Index (WQI) were used construct integrated WQI groundwater assessment model that integrates PCA‐CVM‐EWM dimensionality reduction optimization. Taking village in Shandong Province, China, example, PCA identified seven indicators. The CVM‐EWM coupled calculate comprehensive weights through principle minimum information entropy, followed based on values. results indicated Class III predominated study area, accounting 74%, with localized present. hydrochemical type was primarily SO 4 ·HCO 3 ‐Ca, significantly influenced human activities. coefficients Fe, Mn, NH ‐N all exceeded 1. Compared other methods, demonstrated superior performance selection evaluative indicators, distribution, assessment, showing distinct advantage data numerous indicators substantial variation. findings provided scientific reference diagnosing issues formulating preventive control measures. Droughts, considered one of the most dangerous and costly water cycle expressions, always occurs over a certain region, lasting several weeks or months, involving multiple variables. In this work, multivariate approach was used for statistical characterization hydrological droughts in Shaying River Basin with data from 1959–2008. The standard runoff index (SRI) run theory were employed to defined drought character variables (duration, severity, intensity peak). Then, joint probability analysis four symmetric corresponding asymmetric Archimedean Copulas presented; frequency return periods (Tand Tor) estimated. results showed that have severity 4.79 5.09, peak is 1.35 1.50 Zhoukou station Luohe station, respectively; rank correlation coefficients τ are more than 0.5, which means copulas can effectively describe distributions among Drought risk shows spatial variation: downstream observed at characterized by higher risk. general, provide reliable method when constructing comprehensive evaluating characteristics. Thus, paper useful indications multi-dimensional droughts’ risks assessment Basin.

In this study, oxidative stress-associated toxicity cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) at environmentally relevant concentrations on hepatopancreas Macrobrachium nipponensis was investigated based multiple biomarker responses a 28-day indoor exposure study. Changes integrated (IBR) their interactivity were subsequently analyzed. No dead individuals found across any tested conditions. chronic depended type time same concentration. At low concentrations, organisms have regulatory capacity to cope with excess reactive oxygen species (ROS) induced by Pb stress over time. detail, activity superoxide dismutase (SOD) inhibited high concentration as passed. sensitivity metallothionein (MT) Cd stronger than Pb, potential for cause lipid peroxidation damage higher Pb. time, had greater disturbance effect nervous system Cd, especially early stage. contribution interaction varied dynamically exposure, but mostly showed antagonism. results study important significance guiding diagnosis health, amendment quality criteria, management wastewater discharge.
