Climate change poses a major threat to global food security, significantly reducing crop yields as cause of abiotic stresses, and for boosting the spread new old pathogens pests. Sustainable management route mitigation challenge recruiting an array solutions tools aims. Among these, deployment positive interactions between micro-biotic components agroecosystems plants can play highly significant role, part agro-ecological revolution. Endophytic microorganisms have emerged promising solution tackle this challenge. Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) endophytic bacteria fungi demonstrated their potential alleviate stresses such drought heat stress, well impacts biotic stresses. They enhance in sustainable way also by other mechanisms, improving nutrient uptake, or direct effects on plant physiology. In review we summarize update main types endophytes, highlight several studies that demonstrate efficacy explore possible avenues implementing crop-microbiota interactions. The mechanisms underlying these are complex require comprehensive understanding. For reason, omic technologies genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics been employed unravel, higher level information, network microorganisms. Therefore, discuss various approaches techniques used so far study plant-endophyte

The concept of sustainable supply chain resilience has garnered significant attention in recent years, particularly the context global challenges such as climate change, geopolitical instability, and pandemics. This review delves into conceptualization resilience, focusing specifically on critical materials manufacturing Africa a catalyst for transformative change. Africa, endowed with abundant natural resources, long been focal point discussions economic development industrialization. However, continent faces numerous challenges, including limited infrastructure, political environmental degradation. Despite these there is growing recognition Africa's potential to emerge key player chains, realm manufacturing. Critical materials, essential components various high-tech industries electronics, renewable energy, aerospace, have become increasingly vital today's interconnected world. Yet, current susceptible disruptions, posing risks economies worldwide. rich endowment presents an opportunity diversify strengthen chain, enhancing its face uncertainties. By strategically investing infrastructure fostering practices, can not only enhance prosperity but also contribute sustainability efforts. Leveraging energy sources, adopting eco-friendly production processes, promoting responsible resource management are integral this endeavor. Furthermore, requires collaboration among stakeholders, governments, businesses, academia, civil society. Policy interventions, technological innovation, capacity-building initiatives create enabling environment development. Conceptualizing offers pathway towards harnessing resources responsibly embracing play pivotal role shaping more resilient economy.
