The improvement of agricultural green total factor productivity (AGTFP) is crucial to achieve sustainable development. By matching China’s provincial digital financial inclusion index and production data from 2011 2020, on the basis using DEA–Malmquist measure AGTFP, fixed effect model Mesomeric are used empirically test impact mechanism development AGTFP. Our research found that China experienced consistent in which was largely attributed advancements technology. Interestingly, AGTFP non-major grain-producing areas surpassed major grain producing areas. Additionally, finance has proven be an effective tool boosting coverage subdimension, depth use subdimension digitization all significantly promote Digital can efficiency progress technology, shows promotes a “dual wheel” driven manner. However, technology more pronounced than demonstrates potential stimulate two key ways. First, it improve mismatch resources; second, innovation. Therefore, necessary further rapid finance, optimize rational allocation resources, formulate tailored strategies agriculture.

His research investigates the interplay among investment in Information and Communication Technology [ICT], digital financial inclusion, environmental tax policies, their impact on progression of sustainable energy development within Middle East North Africa [MENA] region. Recognizing distinctive hurdles impeding advancement, effective policy formulation implementation MENA necessitate a comprehensive understanding these variables. Employing Dynamic Common Correlated Effects [DCE] model alongside an instrumental variable-adjusted DCE approach, this study explores relationship between ICT investment, tax, development. The facilitates analysis dynamic effects potential correlations, while addresses issues pertaining to endogeneity. results indicate that both promotion inclusion significantly positively Additionally, underscores importance fostering highlighting critical role interventions. Based findings, governmental prioritization initiatives for service integration is recommended bolster growth MENA. Furthermore, adoption efficient measures essential incentivize practices mitigate degradation. These recommendations aim create conducive environment region, contributing economic prosperity conservation.

Local government intervention in land resource allocation can lead to the misallocation of resources and serious pollutant emissions. As an important market-oriented economic reform China, marketization urban transfer (MULT) might have potential contribute improving efficiency by curbing local intervention. Therefore, this study aims provide empirical evidence on impact MULT energy efficiency. We improve evaluation method test mechanism through which affects The results show that, first, proportion sold listing methods, is characterized a low degree marketization, has rapidly increased recent years, lowering overall level MULT. Second, direct significant positive Third, analysis indicates that helps enhance advancing industrial structure optimization technological progress. Moreover, heterogeneity demonstrates differs significantly different stages between central peripheral cities. This sheds light importance thus practical policy implications for promoting low-carbon transition emerging countries.

Energy is an essential material foundation for ensuring economic sustainability and national security. With the development of digitalization, importance digital finance in promoting green low-carbon transformation economy has emerged. The ocean a energy treasure house. In order to explore whether improves carbon emission efficiency marine energy, this paper selects panel data from 11 coastal areas 2011 2019 China uses fixed effect model, mediation, moderation model analyze mechanism between them empirically. results show that: (1) efficiency, depth use most obvious effect; (2) incentive heterogeneous due different geographical locations, resource endowment degree, digitalization degree; (3) consumption structure plays mediating effect, industrial technological innovation can enhance impact on efficiency. Therefore, optimizing giving full play help accelerate China’s realization reduction.

Efficient utilization of clean energy is iminent for achieving the ambitious "dual-carbon" goal, digitalization provides favorable conditions decarbonzation. Based on data 30 provinces in China, biggest developing country, this study measures efficiency with improved DEA and entropy method, empirically explores linear nonlinear relationships from multidimensions. The major findings are as follows. (1) On whole 2013 to 2017, represent a steady growth trend, former increases by 8.98 % annually relatively low average level 0.2286, while latter 1.24 high 0.9695. Meanwhile, regional heterogeneity significant. (2) can significantly promote marginal effect 0.676, 0.0525 period, indicating that 5.4 improvement caused digitalization. (3) Hansen threshold analysis shows three critical factors single heterogeneous trends: technology innovation, consumption structure population aggregation. Finally, according conclusions, corresponding policy suggestions put forward.
