Purpose This research paper aims to explore the added value of knowledge management (KM) and its antecedents for innovation organizational performance (OP) in marginal healthcare organizations. Design/methodology/approach Using insights from resource-based view knowledge-based theory firm, model explains effects technology capabilities (TC) culture (OC) on KM process, process (PIN), administrative (AIN) OP. The authors used partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) analyze data collected 168 practitioners Cameroon using a survey. Findings reveal that TC OC positively impact some components. Knowledge sharing (KS), acquisition (KA) responsiveness (RK) influence PIN, while only PIN KA FsQCA provided several configurations lead high OP within centers. As result, results are adaptable any center wishes set up one or more processes. For these purposes, we focus specific region Central Europe, which was considered lagging in previous years. It caused, one hand, by lower performance states comparison with western neighbours, but also due to a perception part whole society. By using data 14,808 from three European countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary) Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) method, this contributes ongoing debate regarding eco-innovation territory, where analyses are still rare. Our results show that facing tend create eco-innovations. We confirm our expectation depend external sources acquired market.
