Disulfidptosis, an innovative type of controlled cellular death linked to metabolic dysfunction, has garnered attention. However, there is limited knowledge regarding the involvement disulfidptosisrelated lnRNAs (DRlncRNAs) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC). The objective our team this study seeks establish a DRlncRNAs signature, investigate their prognostic value LSCC, and explore associations with immune subpopulations, biological signaling pathways, exploring implications for drug sensitivity. We accessed LSCC patients' RNA-seq data pertinent clinical subsequent further analysis from Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) portal. A literature search was conducted focusing on disulfidptosis-related genes. Pearson correlation coefficients were calculated identify DRlncRNAs. Differential expression lncRNAs performed. Utilizing univariate Cox regression analysis, we identified disulfidptosis-associated lncRNAs. LASSO-Cox employed refine set construct signature. Various statistical techniques appraise model predictive performance. Subsequently, risk groups stratified based score derived superiority prognostication over traditional clinicopathological features patients demonstrated. Evident distinctions emerged between groups, particularly subpopulations like activated mast cells, eosinophils, NK cells. Finally, low-risk group demonstrated reduced IC50 values specific chemotherapeutics cisplatin gemcitabine. vitro experiments indicated differential behavior signature can serve as robust biomarker ability predict both prognosis therapeutic responses among LSCC.

Nevertheless, the effect Trp metabolism (Trp metabolism)-related genes metabolism-related on laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) progression is not yet clear. So, this study, TCGA-LSCC, GSE27020, and 40 TMRGs were extracted via public databases explore effects carcinoma. Firstly, Weighted Gene Co-expression Network Analysis (WGCNA) was adopted with LSCC samples TCGA-LSCC acquire key module, differentially expressed between normal from yielded differential expression analysis. Next, (DE-TMRGs) obtained model DEGs, prognostic identifde through multiple algorithms. Five genes, namely SERPINA1 , TMC8 RENBP SDS FAM107A finally identified. A risk established based expressions survival information while that divided into high low groups. Obviously, dysfunction exclusion score high-risk patients dramatically higher than low-risk patients, indicating subgroup exhibited reduced responsiveness immunotherapy.
