The shrinking size and increasing power consumption of electronic products also make their thermal management challenging. Poor results in increased temperature the component, ultimately leading to failure element. Thermal devices is assisted by-passive techniques such as heat sinks. Phase change material-filled sinks attract industries, they are compact do not require frequent maintenance. In this study, with internal surface modifications, i.e., engraving grit blasting, developed. provided storage mediums like paraffin wax nanoparticles analyse effect on management. This study employed two different nanoparticles, silver titanium dioxide graphene. A simple sink without modification a medium was used reference. It found that using graphene-mixed PCM smooth charging time by about 8%. Adding graphene phase material decreases discharging 29%. Grit-blasted took most discharge, followed base-engraved because roughened stored more energy during process. increases duty cycle 40%. When wax, base engraved heatsinks grit-blasted have 11% 36%, respectively.

ABSTRACTThe thermal energy storage (TES) system operates more effectively when employing multitemperature PCMs. This research aims to increase the efficiency of TES systems. There are two types in proposed system: one is packed with a D-mannitol PCM for capacity 5000 kJ and referred as single system. The additional systems Erythritol Xylitol similar capacity, To ensure that numerical model values accurate, tests performed verified findings consistent another percentage fluctuation between 4% 6%. showed multiple-temperature effective than provide constant heat flux throughout fluid flow passage.KEYWORDS: ErythritolXylitolsolar energyrenewable sourceefficiencySustainable practices Disclosure statementNo potential conflict interest was reported by author(s).Additional informationNotes on contributorsBeemkumar NBeemkumar N currently associated Jain University, Banglore.
