Purpose This research focuses on analyzing the impact of Green Intellectual Capital (GIC) Environmental Performance (EP) Spanish wineries, as well mediating effect Ambidexterity Innovation (GAI) main relationship posed (GIC–EP), and moderating Top Management Awareness (TMEA) GAI–EP link. In addition, age, size membership in a Protected Designation Origin (PDO) to increase accuracy cause–effect relationships examined. Design/methodology/approach The study proposes conceptual model based previous studies, which is tested using structural equations (PLS-SEM) with data collected from 196 wineries between September 2022 January 2023. Findings results reveal existence positive significant development GIC EP partial mediation GAI this link moderation TMEA relationship. Originality/value originality explained by several factors. First, pioneered exploration moderator EP, allowing such analysis improve understanding dynamic interaction innovation environmental management. Second, best authors' knowledge, there are no preceding studies that have previously proposed theoretical presented research, thus providing new scientific knowledge intellectual capital field. Third, contextualization wine sector, traditionally perceived little knowledge-intensive, contributes significantly existing body management given it allows identification catalysing variables context.

Purpose This study examines how green human resource management (GHRM), individually and collectively, affects psychological climate (PGC), in-role behavior (GIB), extra-role (GEB) creativity (GC) in small, medium large textile companies. The also explores intellectual capital (GIC) moderates the relationship between GHRM PGC GC. Design/methodology/approach was conducted two phases: phase 1 ( N = 41 records), a systematic literature review performed to identify gaps, 2 412 managers supervisors), quantitative survey method employed. structural equation model, with 1st-order 2nd-order hierarchical models, used test hypotheses. Findings results showed that practices positively impacted practices, including employee involvement (GEI), compensation reward (GCR), training development (GTD) recruitment selection (GRS), enhanced PGC. However, performance (GPM) do not significantly affect GIB GEB. directly influenced Additionally, GIC moderated GC but PGC, improving creative behaviors Practical implications spurs enterprises, especially large, prioritize where employees (i.e. PGC), GEB), knowledge, skills abilities GIC) strengthen their Policymakers should encourage adoption of align environmental goals.
