Abstract Introduction Zhou Tian Formula (ZTF) is an antidepressant traditional Chinese medicine utilized widely in clinical settings for the treatment of patients with depression. However, shortcomings persist its extraction technology and quality control. Objective This study aimed to propose a methodology ZTF based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP)–criteria importance through intercriteria correlation (CRITIC) method establish control framework efficient transfer index components. The development of biogas technology is essential as a renewable energy source, aiding global initiatives in sustainable production and waste management. Geographical, technological, economic factors significantly vary the efficiency viability facilities by area.
