Sustainable

studies
explored
relationships
between
sector,
poverty,
environmental
degradation

global
scale,
there
is
noticeable
research
gap
concerning
Middle
East
North
Africa
(MENA)
region.

addresses
this
by
investigating
nexus
transportation-related
CO2
emissions,
trade
openness,
urbanization,
road
infrastructure
energy
consumption
in
14
MENA
regions
1983
2021.
To
achieve
objective,
investigation
employs
panel
pooled
mean
group-autoregressive
distributed
lag
(PMG-ARDL)
model
explore
long-term
among
these
variables.
The
findings,
