Global warming and energy security are currently the two most challenging issues facing globe. Economic fitness (EF) is a country's ability to deal with complex like environmental degradation (ED) insecurity, which major global concerns. The significance of this study lies in fact that it investigates influencing factors CO2 emissions (CO2E), as these contribute SDGs. This study, uses panel data from 1995 2015, aims investigate impact EF on CO2E biofuels (BFs) fossil fuels (FFs) combustion BRICS countries. FGLS PCSE results show an N-shaped relationship between BFs-CO2E, inverted association FFs-CO2E. robust even after including control variables. In addition, urbanization, economic growth, financial development positively related both BFs' & FFs' CO2E. policy implication government should focus increasing country reduce Moreover, provides crucial information for makers practitioners looking pathway achieve sustainable development.

The travel and tourism industry contributes significantly to economic growth, global connectivity, quality of life. We investigate the relationship between fiscal decentralization, energy security, for leading-six economies (namely China, France, Germany, Japan, UK, USA) from 1995 2018 examine existence Kuznets curve (KC) TR FDC. Feasible generalized least squares (FGLS) Panel corrected standard errors (PCSE) are employed empirical examination liaison said variables. In leading six economies, we find evidence N-shaped curve. Fiscal decentralization (FDC), growth (EG), security (ES) promote tourism. Other controls, such as development urbanization, also included in core model check robustness results. Our findings insensitive integration other controls econometric models. a positive development, tourism, emphasizing importance urbanization. policy implication is that top can achieve sustainable by decentralizing their policies, boosting ensuring securities.

A country's ability to create complex goods and diversify its lines of products is essential for addressing all types vulnerabilities. Quantifying a vulnerability extreme climatic events, such as droughts, superstorms, other natural disasters, capacity successful adaption, an global need that has been ignored. This study examines the role economic fitness (EF) in climate change risk exposure BRICS countries context environmental Kuznets curve using panel data from 1995 2015. Panel threshold methodology employed ascertain nonlinear relationship between EF (i.e., Notre Dame Global Adaptation Initiative Country Index (ND-GAIN)). In addition, empirical associations were estimated panel-corrected standard errors, Driscoll-Kraay feasible generalized least squares estimation techniques. These findings demonstrated inverted N-shaped link ND-GAIN. Moreover, even after controlling significant ND-GAIN influencing variables gross domestic product per capita, financial development, urbanization, our robustness checks revealed consistent findings.

Global warming has become an emerging and serious issue in the world, with adverse effects on human life a threat to survival. Besides being key contributor country's economic growth (EG), manufacturing construction sector (M&C) is also one of major sectors that cause environmental degradation. We investigate link between M&C’s CO2E (both overall sectoral growth) context Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) at aggregate disaggregate levels Associations Southeast Asia Nations (ASEAN), using data from 1995 2018. employ feasible generalized least squares (FGLS) Panel-Corrected Standard Errors (PCSE) estimation techniques examine existence ASEAN countries. find evidence inverted U-shaped EKC both levels. After including other variables such as financial development, urbanization, foreign direct investment, manufactured goods exports, our findings are robust statistically significant. Our study suggests policymakers should sanction measures reduce CO2 emissions M&C while maintaining growth.

The tourism industry is one of the fastest-growing sectors across globe. Tourism not only playing a key role in development many small economies but also considered major source income. Tourism-dependent are heavily reliant on sector. This study explored relationships among energy consumption (EC), economic growth (EG), and (TR) using panel data spanning 2000-2019, for tourism-dependent countries. Panel methods like feasible generalized least-squares (FGLS) corrected standard errors (PCSE) employed empirical analysis. Results reveal that impact EC TR mixed sensitive to econometric techniques. While EG positive robust We used other control variables total population financial development. because they both boosted industry. Building these findings, policy recommendations emphasize sustainable practices within study’s insights guide policymakers toward effective strategies balance growth, efficiency development, ensuring resilience evolving landscapes dynamics.
