This research aimed to develop a new model for evaluating and predicting the sustainability of Jakarta’s small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). To achieve this objective, total 145 SME owners in city were surveyed, gathering information on businesses. The data obtained underwent processing using variance-based structural equation facilitated by Partial Least Squares (PLS) application. findings showed that several factors, including adoption technology, use digital marketing, literacy owners, enhancement product quality, business location, pricing strategy, service influenced newly proposed SMEs’ sustainability. Additionally, implementing marketing had most significant impact underscored crucial role achieving high performance while ensuring implications derived from results focused need enhance reinforce among owners. was achieved through training programs addressed analytics implementation leveraging internet support online sales.

Purpose In the context of promoting sustainable development in SMEs, present study aims to investigate relationship among solution dimensions based on Industry 4.0 (I4.0) concept. Design/methodology/approach The employs a comprehensive methodology that includes systematic literature review, workshop, grounded theory and interpretive structural modeling. Various concerning I4.0 sustainability are tested evaluated using questionnaire design followed by hypothesis formulation. Further, is used extract key capture essence implementation SMEs. Finally, for modeled ISM approach understand interdependencies them, Matrice d'Impacts Croisés Multiplication Applied Classification (MICMAC) analysis done driving dependence power these dimensions. Findings identified 14 SMEs development. Cross-border supply chains have become increasingly complex and critical in today's interconnected global economy. However, effective risk management this context remains a significant challenge. The study analyzes quantifies the impact of different factors on cross-border by establishing Bayesian network model identifies evaluates interruption risks based causal reasoning diagnostic techniques. results show that combination networks can comprehensively reveal relationships influences chains, providing theoretical support for control implementation chain business banks other enterprises. This also proposes strategies including strengthening information construction, formulating emergency plans recovery mechanisms, etc., to reduce losses caused ensure stable operation chain.
