The practical application of plastics is as indispensable it problematic regarding disposal. Plastics present significant opportunities in the context circular usage and recycling. A economy dictates utilization every side stream to minimize waste. Current waste management techniques are insufficient reducing plastic entering landfills, wastewater treatment systems, environment. Under these circumstances, biodegradation has emerged a viable environmentally responsible approach pollution. Methods needed for natural degradation using microbes that can utilize their sole carbon source. Studies enhance catalytic activity plastic-degrading enzymes through protein engineering approaches relatively new field research. Enzymatic product creation represents purely biological recycling method sustainable economy. This review builds insights derived from previous studies provides brief overview enzymes, improvements enzyme efficiency, stabilization via various strategies. In addition, recent advances valorization technology based on systems metabolic future directions discussed.

Abstract The effect of particle packing height (10, 30, 50, 70 mm) on the yield and composition oil shale pyrolysis products is investigated. results show that could decrease 1.0% noncondensable gases increase 0.5% as increased from 10 to mm. main hydrocarbon are C1–C6 gases, bed relative content ratio alkanes alkenes in gases. primary components derived aliphatic compounds, aromatic compounds containing heteroatoms carbon atoms range C6–C28. And hydrogen type mainly composed methylene groups (about 70%) with longer alkyl chains, CH 3 aromatics, cycloalkanes, alkanes. chemical have certain regularity changes changing height, attributing temperature gradients between surface center bed, diffusing time through bed.
