Abstract The Yangtze River Delta is the region with most active economic development, highest degree of openness and strongest innovation capacity in China. Under background rapid development digitalization information technology on a global scale, as well increasingly strong call for addressing climate change environmental issues, facing new opportunities coordinated green. Therefore, this paper constructs multidimensional index system to evaluate green level 41 urban agglomerations including Delta, analyzes coordination progress from 2011 2020 by means entropy weight TOPSIS method modified coupling model. findings are follows: (1) There positive interaction mutual promotion between digitization greening which conducive promoting sustainable development. (2) has been significantly improved during sample period, digital collaborative also maintains steady upward trend. Compared other three provinces, digitalization, Shanghai higher. research can provide certain theoretical practical reference realize under goal "double carbon".

This paper explores the role of digital inclusive finance in enhancing rural economic resilience, using panel data from 30 Chinese provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions 2013 to 2023. The results show that significantly improves adaptability transformation capabilities, though its impact on risk resistance is minimal. It strengthens resilience through two main channels: improving transportation infrastructure promoting technological innovation. effect particularly strong areas with advanced infrastructure. Heterogeneity analysis reveals positively impacts both eastern western regions, but has no significant central regions. Furthermore, more pronounced non-agricultural provinces compared agricultural ones. study suggests government should continue expanding finance, while tailoring policies local conditions, support sustainable development economy.

In the era of digital economy, finance, as an innovative financial model, plays important role in driving urban industrial transformation and development, technological innovation, upgrading sustainable utilization energy, has a significant impact on development. At present, process building new pattern Chinese-style modernization China, it is great significance to improve green use efficiency land through finance realize resources development city. The current study employed 281 Chinese cities from 2010 2020 research samples investigate effects financing productivity city usage. Based ideas responsible growth efficient assessment index system was developed. Comprehensive empirical tests, such Super-SBM fixed effect mediation were implemented research. study’s findings indicate that: (1) Throughout period, benchmark model’s regression outcomes demonstrate that banking impacts land’s efficiency, with positive moderating offered by environmental legislation; optimization structure not yet played regulating effect. (2) Urban area usage performance more clearly impacted extent degree digitization, according results heterogeneity. online services city’s occurs mainly eastern southern cities, given level difference. light resource endowment unpredictability, “non-resource cities” stand gain global finance’s encouragement resource-efficient than do “resource cities”. mechanism test there strong mediating influence productivity, breakthroughs. consideration these results, following measures are suggested this paper: Persist advocating for traditional into financing. Intensify variables environmentally friendly areas. (3) Encourage technology creativity execution application economics.

Digital economy has emerged as one of the primary driving forces for economic globalization. However, assessing digital development in a robust and scientific manner remains great challenge. This paper proposes an evaluation system with measurement errors correction to accurately research regional differences spatial-temporal evolution characteristics Yangtze River Economic Belt (YEB), combining entropy method, Dagum–Gini coefficient, σ convergence model grey correlation analysis. The results present that index YEB rose from 2012 2021, greatest weight being social livelihood benefits. Meanwhile, there were noticeable YEB; particular, middle reaches showed obvious convergence. degree between influence factors ranged 0.5286 0.9144, demonstrating positive correlation. theoretical framework this integrates models advanced statistical analysis techniques, providing analytical perspective examining complexities evolution. insights offer blueprint policymakers seeking foster equitable economy, underscoring potential data-driven policy formulations navigating intricate landscape

In the context of rapid urbanization and digitalization, scientifically assessing spatio-temporal interaction between digital inclusive finance (DIF) urban ecological resilience (UER) is crucial for promoting coordinated development regional ecology economy. This study investigates spatiotemporal evolution coupled coordination degree (CCD), decoupling phenomenon, its hindering factors in Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB) by utilizing kernel density analysis, standard deviation ellipse, model, obstacle analysis. Through systematic analyses, this paper aims to elucidate disparities among regions within YREB, identify problematic areas, propose targeted improvement measures. The results show that (1) CCD DIF UER YREB has increased annually from 2011 2020. However, there are persistent imbalances, with an overall low level uneven spatial development, a trend “higher east lower west”. (2) reached at least primary level, coupling enhancement speed ranked as “downstream > midstream upstream”, differences decreasing. (3) analysis reveals predominant UER, indicating digitization financial services not concurrently pressures. (4) identifies digitalization major barriers CCD. provides scientific basis analytical framework understanding current offering important reference formulating more effective policies.

This study constructs a indicators system of urban ecological resilience based on "resistance-adaptation-recovery", and measures the level cities within Yangtze River Economic Belt Yellow Basin from 2006 to 2021. Utilizing Dagum Gini coefficient, traditional spatial kernel density methods, geographical detector, comprehensively analyzes spatiotemporal evolution causes in these regions across multiple dimensions. Furthermore, it explores different paths for enhancing two regions. The results indicate: (1) is significantly lower than that Basin, yet exhibits faster growth rate. Both show distribution characterized by "higher east, west". (2) overall internal differences between downward trend. exhibited more pronounced imbalances compared Basin; however, since 2011, this trend has reversed. (3) both improving, absolute gap gradually narrowing, showing significant towards polarization terms evolutionary features. Cities with levels demonstrate increased upward mobility, while higher exhibit low mobility or even decline. (4) Differences restoration adaptative capabilities are principal intrinsic factors affecting regions, whereas variations economic development capital efficiency serve as important extrinsic determining their differences. (5) Increasing investment green technologies, promoting industrial low-carbon transformations, encouraging social investments, strengthening technological innovations crucial strategies Meanwhile, optimizing open channels improves Basin.
