It is in this context that an evaluation of Pakistan's EG was carried out order to establish policy insights into the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Plan 2017–2030. A questionnaire survey approach (targeting various stakeholder groups), using a multi-criteria decision analysis 'Best' 'Worst' method integrated framework were used. This study explores the effects of Tourism (TOU), Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Trade Openness (TOP) upon carbon di oxide emissions (CO2). The article has taken top seven tourist destinations in ASEAN (Association Southeast Asian Nations) through 2000-2020. approaches used to analyze results are autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) secondly Granger causality technique. data is panel data; hence we can also say it ARDL. outcomes exhibited an interesting relationship between variables under study. Where, GDP, TOP TOU were significantly positively correlated with CO2.
