Abstract The digitization and refinement of accounting are propelling work towards intelligence, leading to a further restructuring accountants’ professional competence. Based on the existing competency structure framework for accountants, this paper proposes an optimized “main-core” taking into account new requirements in digital transformation. personnel structure, evaluation index system is designed combined with entropy weight-TOPSIS method analyze changes competency. To examine factors that affect personnel’s competence, static panel regression model was based multiple linear competence structure. ability most weighted at 0.2614 financial management index, information technology application rose from 0.346 0.486 between 2017 2023, adding up 40.46%. Each 1% increase knowledge increases their by 0.614%, behavioral motivation ethics have positive effect level. As result, must focus technology, consolidating knowledge, promoting high-quality development.

Polymer science, a discipline focusing on the synthesis, characterization, and application of macromolecules, has increasingly benefited from adoption machine learning (ML) techniques. Among these, Support Vector Machines (SVMs) stand out for their ability to handle nonlinear relationships high-dimensional datasets, which are common in polymer research. Abstract In recent years, the accuracy and linguistic fluency of translation based on intelligent algorithms have been relatively close to that human beings, application has gradually become a research hotspot in academic world. this paper, it is found through relevant semantic retention, cultural appropriateness, fluency, content comprehensiveness text readability are important factors for literary works cross-cultural communication. To explore degree influence these quality works, paper analyzes them using multiple linear regression model. The first step building mathematical model construct it.
